Why "GourmetSardinia"?
Efisio Farris has personally selected all the products in our collection. All are from Sardinia's small, artisanal producers who adhere to traditional practices. These are the products of his grandmother's generation and generations before her. However, today they are finding a home in the kitchens of top chefs, knowledgeable foodies and home cooks across America.
How can I order large quantities of product?
GourmetSardinia offers wholesale pricing to businesses with a valid tax ID number. Wholesale orders are filled by the case only. Please inquire by email (sales@gourmetsardinia.com) or phone (713-621-6858) and someone from our New Account division will contact you directly with pricing and other information.
How can I get recipes using GourmetSardinia products?
With each order, GourmetSardinia provides a signature recipe with your shipment. Some product packaging includes additional recipes and all packages include simple serving suggestions for the home cook.

How can I order GourmetSardinia's wines?
Due to importing laws the wines are not available for online purchase. They are available for purchase in certain Texas specialty retailers and for consumption at our restaurants, Arcodoro & Pomodoro. If you would like GourmetSardinia wines to be available in your area, please ask your supplier to contact us to be put in touch with our distributor. Please email sales@gourmetsardinia.com for more information.
What forms of payment can I use?
GourmetSardinia currently accepts MasterCard, American Express, and Visa. If you are paying by check or money order or any other method, you can fax, email, or call in your order to discuss other payment options.
How do you ship your products?
GourmetSardinia uses Fed Ex to ship our products domestically and internationally.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Upon request, we do ship outside of the U.S. if you contact us via e-mail at sales@gourmetsardinia.com or via phone at (713) 621-6858 so that we may speak with you to plan the most convenient manner in which to ship your order.
I live in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico and I am not able to complete my order, why is this?
We do ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, however your order has to be placed over the phone/via e-mail so that we can assure that we have all of the proper shipping information.
What is Gourmet Sardinia's Return Policy?
GourmetSardinia stands behind our products and wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We are not able to accept returns of partially used products but if you would like to return unopened product for any reason, please contact us directly at sales@gourmetsardinia.com or 713-621-6858 so we can assist you. If your product was damaged in shipping please notify us as well as the carrier immediately so the situation can be resolved.
