FRUTTATO
Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Sardinia
DID YOU KNOW?
Our fruttato is classified as a "fruttato intenso" for its intense true olive flavor.
Made from native Sardinian varietals including Semidana, Bosana and Manna, all grown on the slopes of Montiferru, an extinct volcano with soil particularly well suited to olive cultivation.
Ancient tradition meets with the latest technology to preserve the unique characteristics of these specially chosen olives and produce the highest quality olives.
CHEF TIPS:
The intense flavor and buttery texture of the fruttato will enhance dishes with simple flavors - grilled meats and fish or simple pasta dishes.
Fruttato is best used raw to preserve the crude flavor of the olives.
Used on its own as a dressing, fruttato elevates the natural flavors of salads and vegetables and will impart its unique character to any subtle dish.
