These olives are hand picked at early maturation to preserve the raw flavor of the fruit resulting in the intense pleasant aroma of the fresh olives with undertones of wild artichokes. Bitter and spicy, with a well balanced finish and low acidity, Efisio recommends this versatile extra virgin olive oil crudo (raw) for dipping bread and raw vegetables or enhancing soups and grilled fish.
